David and Allison Miller, the owners of Camp Starlight, are generously sponsoring a Sizanani @ Starlight weekend. Proceeds from the event will benefit Global Camps Africa, and will support the 8-day residential session of Camp Sizanani planned for September 2023.
To make a great weekend even better, we are thrilled to announce that South African artists Msaki and Jesse Clegg will be performing Sizanani @ Starlight! Enjoy Msaki’s indie-folk stylings and Jesse Clegg’s pop-rock fusions in Camp Starlight’s beautiful lakeside amphitheater.

Accommodations FOR THE WEEKEND
Use the drop-down menus below to select your accommodations for the weekend. Camp Starlight offers a variety of accommodations and all cabins have electricity, hot water, bathrooms, and showers. We encourage everyone to consider staying in bunks for the most affordable and fun camp experience! Children 2 years and under are free (childcare for this age group is not provided). We’ll send you a detailed packing list for the weekend so you know just what to bring along and what will be provided.
Bunk - $300 per adult/$150 per child
Lakeside cabins with single cots/bunks accommodate groups or families of up to 12 people with shared bathrooms (two toilets and two showers per cabin).
Semi-Private Room (limited availability) - $400 per adult/$150 per child
Accommodates two people with a shared bathroom adjoining another semi-private room (some queen beds, some double beds)
Private Room (limited availability) - $500 per adult/$150 per child
Accommodates two people with a private bathroom (some queen beds, some double beds)
Children - $150 each
All children are welcome in any of the available accommodations for $150

All-Inclusive Food and Beverage FOR THE WEEKEND
All packages are inclusive of meals, snacks, and non-alchoholic beverages. Catering will include: Friday snacks upon arrival, complimentary beer and wine happy hour, dinner and dessert, Slush Puppies and candy in the canteen; Saturday breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner (traditional South African braai/cookout), campfire and s'mores; and Sunday brunch before departure. Any guests who wish to bring their own beer, wine, etc. to enjoy throughout the weekend are welcome to do so.
All-Inclusive Activities
All packages include a full weekend of camp activities and access to Camp Starlight's 385 beautiful acres featuring two spring-fed lakes, athletic fields and courts for every sport, pool, and so much more. Each guest is invited to join two morning activities and two afternoon activities on Saturday OR to simply relax and enjoy the pool, the waterfront, tennis, beach volleyball, fishing, or just a walk in the woods. A karaoke night on Friday will be fun for all ages, and a campfire and performance in the lakeside amphitheater Saturday night after dinner will entertain campers young and old (and everywhere in between).
Meet the Vochellis
Guests will experience a taste of Camp Sizanani, Global Camps Africa's flagship camp program in South Africa, as you meet and interact with members of the South African camp counselor staff throughout the weekend. The South African counselors will lead Camp Sizanani songs, demonstrate activities from Camp Sizanani, and be on-hand to share their experiences working with the orphans and vulnerable children who attend Camp Sizanani.
