Please join Global Camps Africa (GCA) at our annual gala at the Newseum on May 7th, where we are bringing the heart of Camp Sizanani to you!

Attending camp and experiencing the energy from the smiling, singing, and dancing firsthand is life changing. From the first moment the campers step off the bus the air fills with anticipation and possibility. Led by vibrant and caring vochellis (camp counselors), by the end of the week everyone feels a sense of transformation and growth.

We are thrilled that at this year’s gala we will welcome several vochellis to describe their firsthand experience at Camp Sizanani, to meet attendees, and for us to celebrate them for all that they do. You won’t want to miss this chance to see them in action and learn more about the incredible impact they make on the children and youth GCA serves.

During the festivities there will also be a silent and live auction, open bar, and the opportunity to learn more about the history of the fascinating country of South Africa.
